  • How do I fill my pods?

    You can fill the pods with any e-liquid. They work best with salt nicotine. After you fill the pod let it sit for 5-10 minutes so the cotton can absorb the liquid. If you vape too quickly after filling the pod you risk burning the cotton.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We offer refunds on a case by case basis for the full price of the product. We do not offer refunds on shipping.

  • How long do the pods last?

    Our pods last based on usage but they can vary from 3-7 refills! Once you notice a distinct change in flavor, it is time to change out the pod.

  • Why is my IQ Device not working?

    There may be a number of reasons. First, check to see if your I.Q is fully charged. If so, ensure that the pod is properly making a connection with the contacts within the port insert. In the case that neither of these are the issue, please contact our support team @ 909.839.5397 and describe the issue in detail so that we may better assist you.

  • I took a long draw from my IQ and it cut off; Why is this happening?

    All of our I.Q products come with something known as “Over Use Protection”; this prevents the battery from experiencing massive power loss and dry burn. After 10s of continual use, the LED will flash to alert you of this. It will cease operation momentarily however, you may resume use once flashing has stopped.

  • My battery is not charging, what do I do?

    Check the connection to your USB and make sure it is properly connected. Once this is done, ensure that your devices’ LED light is operable. If not, there may be an issue with the power source/outlet that it is connected to. If this is not the issue, contact our support team @ 909.839.5397 so that they may better assist you.

  • I'm experiencing a lot of spit back from my pod, is that normal?

    This does happen, but it shouldn’t occur often. If you’re experiencing heavy amounts of spit back while vaping, inspect the pod in question by removing it from the battery and taking a moderately strong dry pull from the pod itself. If liquid is drawn to the surface and outside of the pod, dispose of it and contact support about the experience (note which device). In cases of receiving spit back from a CLOSED pod, remove the pod from the battery and check the fill level. At times, when the pod is over-filled, the force of a draw may pull the e-liquid to the top and the liquid may pass through the drip tip.
